  3. Exceptions

    • Customized or made-to-order items cannot be canceled once the production process begins.

Cancellation by Binketshop

We reserve the right to cancel orders under the following circumstances:

    • If the requested product is out of stock or unavailable, we may cancel the order.

  2. Delivery Limitations

    • If the delivery address is in an area that is outside our coverage or deemed unreachable by our delivery partners.

  4. Fraudulent or Suspicious Activity

    • Orders flagged for fraud or placed under suspicious circumstances may be canceled without prior notice.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

  1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

  2. Binketshop-Initiated Cancellations

    • If we cancel an order for reasons such as unavailability or delivery limitations, a full refund will be processed.

    • Refunds for prepaid orders will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Vendor Responsibility

  • Vendors are responsible for ensuring accurate product listings and maintaining adequate stock levels.

  • If an order is canceled due to vendor errors, such as product unavailability or incorrect listings, vendors will bear any associated costs, including refund processing fees.
