Refund policy

We aim to ensure customer satisfaction.

Returns or replacement requests must be made within 3–7 days of receiving the product.

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

Refunds or replacements will only be processed after product inspection.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may only be eligible for return in case of damaged or incorrect items.

Approved refunds will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
